A new chapter in our coffee history!
We are excited to announce the inauguration of our new IMF roasters roasting plant, a real innovation in the field of industry 4.0! This milestone represents an important step in the growth path of our company in the name of commitment to qualitative excellence.
The choice of the manufacturer of the new roaster, after months of in-depth evaluations, fell on the IMF company, a manufacturer of roasting systems with 100% Italian production, which boasts an important patent, called VORTEX, which is innovative compared to the other systems evaluated and which brings a substantial improvement to the roasting process and roasted coffee.
The success of this project would not have been possible without the tireless work of our production, quality, logistics and IT teams.
Since the beginning of the year, every necessary step has been planned in concert with all the companies involved in this important change: the decommissioning of the previous plant, the adaptation of Mokador's hardware and software structures to better manage the new plant and the commissioning of the IMF roaster, with particular attention to the roasting parameters for each coffee origin, with sensorial results, on each single roasted origin, above expectations.
Thanks to this cutting-edge plant, we can continue to maintain the high quality of our coffee unaltered, offering a final product that meets the expectations of our most demanding customers.
The ribbon cutting took place in a moment of great sharing, together with the General Management, our sales network and all the team members involved in the project. It was a celebration of the collective commitment and passion we dedicate to our work every day.
