After the Gold Medal in October, our DIVA Sophia and Brigitte coffees reach new heights of excellence, also winning the Platinum Medal, the highest recognition of the competition promoted by IIAC - International Institute of Coffee Tasters.
It is the first time that this recognition has been awarded to two capsules, demonstrating that quality blends developed with appropriate technology are synonymous with excellent coffee.
The competition took place on February 7th and all those who obtained the Gold Medal in October 2024 participated.
The evaluation was done using the IIAC method which involves tasting in blind mode and statistical processing and validation of both the results and the performance of the tasters.
This recognition celebrates for us the unmistakable quality and passion that we put into every cup every day.
